1. What is the history of Kiora?
Kiora is a charming weather-boarded family house built in 1904 and first sold in 1906 for £800. Nestled at the foot of Tankerton Slopes, it offers stunning sea views and a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comforts. Kiora is situated as close the beach as you can get (without getting your feet wet), just to the East of Whitstable Harbour. The house has had five owners with my parents being the fifth when they bought it in 1992.
2. How many bedrooms and bathrooms does Kiora have?
Kiora features three generously sized double bedrooms and one twin room. There is one bathroom downstairs at the back of the house which has a toilet and a deep bath; a shower is fitted over the bath with a large shower head. There is also a separate toilet adjacent to the bathroom. All four of the bedrooms also have wash basins.
