Here are some fantastic activities and events to make your Easter holiday unforgettable.


Out of This World at Margate Caves - Saturday 5th - Monday 21st

Margate Caves is going intergalactic with the Out of This World! trail. Learn about the wonders of the solar system, search for Laika the space dog, and enjoy space-themed crafts.  


Canterbury Cathedral: Easter Holiday Activities - Monday 7th to Saturday 19th

Canterbury Cathedral is hosting Easter Holiday Activities including trails and creative workshops to learn about the monument's history. 


Bouncing Bunnies Easter Trail at Quex Adventure Farm Park - Monday 14th to Monday 21st

Quex Adventure Farm Park in Birchington is hosting the Bouncing Bunnies Easter Trail. This event features sweet treats, bunny ears, and outdoor Easter fun. Tickets include access to the farm park facilities and an Easter egg.



Zen on the Beach, King’s Hall, Herne Bay - Friday 18th

Kick off your Easter weekend with 'Zen on the Beach'. This exciting event offers a perfect blend of dance, music, and seaside vibes. Start with a transformative two hour workshop, 'Beyond the Beat,' from 4-6pm, where you'll learn to connect with music on a deeper level. Then, from 8pm-midnight, enjoy four hours of freestyle dancing across two stunning rooms, each with wooden sprung dance floors. With three amazing DJs and a licensed bar, it’s set to be an unforgettable evening. 


Explore Reculver Towers and Roman Fort  - Friday 18th to Sunday 20th

Don’t miss the Reculver Charity Easter Egg Hunt hosted by the HatHats Foundation at the iconic Reculver Towers. This family-friendly event features Easter egg hunts for younger and older children, running from 9am-3pm daily, with fun prizes for all participants. 



Whitstable Umbrella Centre: Free Easter Egg Hunt - Sunday 20th

Don’t miss the Free Easter Egg Hunt at the Whitstable Umbrella Community Support Centre, starting at 10am. It’s a fantastic family-friendly event that promises plenty of fun and excitement for the little ones.  


Herne Bay Pier: Easter Fun by the Sea - Sunday 20th & Monday 21st

Join the Easter Egg Hunt on Herne Bay Pier, take part in the Spring Quiz, or enjoy the Scavenger Hunt and Puzzle Sheet.


Faversham Easter Fun: Demelza’s Easter Trail & Craft Fair - Sunday 20th

Head to Belmont House and Gardens in Faversham for their Easter Egg Hunt. This event promises a day of family-friendly fun in a stunning setting.


Whitstable Castle: Easter Trail and Craft Fair - Monday 21st April

Enjoy the Spring Arts & Craft Fair featuring local craft and gift stalls in the gardens. Children can take part in the Easter Trail between 12-3pm (£5 per child, including the trail, an Easter treat, and a craft pack). There are also Easter Craft Workshops in the studio, with a suggested donation of £1 per child. The Orangery Tearooms will be open throughout the day, serving delicious food and light lunches.  



Tankerton Slopes: Scenic Walks and Picnics 

Take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful Tankerton Slopes, famous for their colourful beach huts and breathtaking views of the sea. It’s the perfect spot for a family picnic or a relaxing afternoon soaking up the spring sunshine.
